Build study

Building LukeZigger AI.

How we assembled the operating foundation behind LukeZigger: from the public website and GitHub-based change control to deployment, integrations, automation systems and production safeguards.

Foundation

Building the company became an automation project itself.

LukeZigger was not assembled as a single chatbot. The work combined a customer-facing website, controlled software releases, integrations, workflow automation and operating controls designed to keep consequential actions reviewable.

Website & conversion

Built and iterated the LukeZigger website around business automation services, discovery, service/use-case pages, search visibility and a controlled Request Automation conversion path.

GitHub change control

Website changes are managed through source control and reviewable branches rather than uncontrolled production edits, allowing diffs and regression risk to be checked before deployment.

Hosting & deployment

The public website and supporting backend infrastructure were connected to deployment environments with health verification and production-change controls.

Authentication & integrations

Authentication and external-system integration work included production-oriented OAuth flows and safeguards around redirect/state handling, alongside business workflow integrations.

Automation systems

LukeZigger's operating work has included content operations, reporting, knowledge workflows, governance checks, browser automation and controlled multi-agent orchestration.

Operational safeguards

Production work has emphasized human approval for consequential actions, disabling unverified components, protecting credentials, logging operational state and separating testing from live execution.

Lesson

Reliable automation is an operating system, not a demo.

The build reinforced a core LukeZigger principle: useful business automation requires process understanding, integrations, controls, observability and disciplined releases—not only an AI model.
