Eligibility and Authority
By using this website or starting a consultation, a person confirms they are 18 or older and authorized to represent the business on whose behalf they are acting.
Website and Consultation Use
Using this website or beginning a consultation with Luke does not itself create a binding commercial commitment — see Order of Precedence in the full legal pack.
Account Security
A Client is responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under their account, except where that activity results from LukeZigger AI's own fault.
Acceptable Use
The website and any delivered AI Employee may not be used for unlawful purposes, to generate content violating a third party's rights, or to submit prohibited data.
LukeZigger AI does not accept Aadhaar numbers, PAN documents, OTPs, passwords, biometrics, banking credentials, card details, or other unnecessary sensitive personal data, unless a future signed Statement of Work expressly supports and safeguards that specific category.
File uploads are currently disabled.
Beta Status
The service is invitation-only, B2B only, founder-supervised, and limited to 1-3 clients initially. Clients are manually onboarded and manually billed. The service is subject to feature changes and is not offered as mature enterprise SaaS. Defined human checkpoints apply throughout. Features, interface, and workflows may change during the beta period. Non-essential beta features may be changed or withdrawn. Previously paid and accepted work remains governed by its signed Statement of Work, regardless of later feature changes.
Blueprint and Approval Meaning
Blueprint approval records the Client's intention to continue. It does not activate any automation, does not by itself create a payment obligation, and is not final go-live approval. Only a signed Proposal or Statement of Work, followed by the Client's separate go-live approval, results in a live automation.
No Automatic Implementation
No automation is ever activated automatically. Implementation begins only through the signed process described in a Statement of Work.
No Payment Obligation From Blueprint Approval Alone
Approving a blueprint does not, by itself, create any payment obligation. A payment obligation exists only once a Proposal or Statement of Work is signed.
Pricing and Quotation
Plans start at ₹18,000 per month. This is indicative starting pricing only. The signed Proposal or Statement of Work contains the binding price. A setup charge may apply only when expressly stated in that document. Taxes are charged as legally applicable. No duration-multiplier table is used, no retroactive cancellation re-rating applies, and no charge is hidden.
Intellectual Property
Client owns: Its business data; Materials supplied by it; Client-specific final outputs, subject to payment and the signed Statement of Work. LukeZigger AI owns: Platform architecture, Reusable workflows, Prompts, Templates, Methods, Libraries, General know-how, Non-client-specific improvements.
Any custom code or special ownership terms for a specific engagement must be stated explicitly in that engagement's Statement of Work — they are not assumed.
Third-party components used in delivering the service remain subject to their own licenses.
No implied transfer of LukeZigger AI's reusable automation system, templates, or methods occurs through the delivery of any Client-specific output.
AI Limitations

Human Review
Human review is built into how every AI Employee works — the Client decides, per automation, where approval is required.
Tool Compatibility
LukeZigger AI designs automation around the Client's current workflow. Compatibility with each tool is assessed during consultation and confirmed in the signed Proposal or Statement of Work before implementation.
Availability and Third-Party Providers
LukeZigger AI does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its own service or of any third-party platform or AI provider it depends on.
Suspension and Termination
An account may be suspended or terminated for violation of these Terms, non-payment per the applicable Statement of Work, or misuse of the service.
Disclaimer of Outcomes
LukeZigger AI does not guarantee revenue, profit, ROI, savings, accuracy, uptime, or compatibility. LukeZigger AI does not provide legal advice, tax advice, accounting or audit opinions, or financial or investment advice, and does not replace directors, accountants, lawyers, doctors, HR managers, or other responsible professionals. LukeZigger AI does not make final sensitive business decisions for the Client, does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of third-party platforms, and does not activate automation without the approvals stated in the applicable Statement of Work.
Limitation of Liability

LukeZigger AI has no liability for indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential losses, including lost profit, lost revenue, lost opportunity, or third-party platform failure. LukeZigger AI remains responsible for direct loss caused by proven fraud, wilful misconduct, or breach of confidentiality, to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded. For ordinary contractual claims, LukeZigger AI's aggregate liability is capped at the fees actually paid by the Client under the affected Statement of Work during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this clause limits liability where applicable law does not permit such limitation.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. The parties will attempt good-faith written negotiation for thirty (30) days before pursuing any other remedy. If unresolved, the courts at Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory legal rights that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Changes to These Terms
Material changes to these Terms will be reflected in the version and date shown at the top of this document.
