Founder

Syed Mazhar founded LukeZigger AI to bring practical, affordable AI automation to Indian SMBs who are usually priced out of enterprise automation vendors. Before LukeZigger AI, Syed worked as a Process Associate at Tata Consultancy Services, with acting team lead responsibilities, and holds an MBA in Business Analytics and Marketing. That background in process operations and analytics shapes how LukeZigger AI approaches automation: map the process accurately first, then automate it, rather than selling a generic tool and hoping it fits.

What LukeZigger AI does

We build AI automation across four core areas:

• AI business automation — connecting AI to the tools a business already uses so repetitive tasks get handled automatically.
• Lead automation — capturing, qualifying and following up on new enquiries so no lead sits untouched.
• WhatsApp automation — automating replies, updates and lead qualification on WhatsApp, where most Indian SMB customer conversations already happen.
• Business process automation — automating repetitive back-office work like data entry and reporting.

We also work with businesses who specifically want n8n-based automation, and with small businesses looking for their first AI automation. LukeZigger AI is based in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh, and works with businesses across India.
